Whilst I’ve enjoyed a breadth of experience throughout my career, it has been underpinned by a consistent theme: managing business operations at the enterprise level, and rolling up my sleeves to drive rapid innovation in lean, high-pressure environments.

I spent over two decades at Yell (formerly Yellow Pages), a company whose survival depended entirely on the success of the UK’s small business community.

• I led the UK & US’s largest single website production operation, helping thousands of local businesses transition from print to digital.

For the last five years, I served as Operations Director for a global L&D business. Operating in a fiercely competitive market without a large IT department, I became the architect of our digital transformation.
